Wheaton Aston Court Reviews

Mum has now been at Wheaton Aston Court for sixteen months and there is not a day that goes by when I do not count my blessings having found a care home that looks after Mum so well, giving her the dignity and respect she deserves. Even though her memory is now not at all what it was, she is facilitated to join in with the other residents for activities and meals. She is very happy at Wheaton Aston Court, well cared for, safe and I am very grateful to the amazing staff who do a brilliant job. My husband's parents are also in a care home in a different part of the country and the experience he has had has shown me that I have found a true gem for mum. Thank you.

Jane P (Resident)

This care home is really as good as the reviews make it out to be. Head and shoulders above the rest. It wasn't ever going to be easy for my dad putting Nan into a care home. When it came down to it there was only one place that she wanted to go, that was Wheaton Aston Court. As soon as you step through the door, you get a welcoming feeling and it doesn't smell. I would feel sorry for people that didn't consider this home when they were looking for their family. The hard work and dedication from everyone in there is amazing. It certainly takes a lot to devote so much time and attention to people. A real sense of caring. Thanks for everything you do for Nan.

We always find the home so welcoming and the staff always welcome you. The care mum receives is 2nd to none. She is always clean, happy well fed and the food she has is restaurant standard. Mum has vascular dementia and can be quite difficult at times but staff are so patient and caring and good with her. The manager Ryan always has time to listen to any worries we have and always finds a solution to help. The nursing staff and carers are also wonderful as well. Couldnt ask for better care or a home for Mum. It's so much a home-from-home.
